Task
List
A great way
to make sure you access that site daily for points, or enter that
sweepstakes, etc... |
|
 |
When you open your Outlook, you will see a
current Task List (aka: To do List). this is a great way to remind
yourself of anything needing your attention. Sites you need to visit
(daily, weekly, etc...), members on hold, sweepstakes you need to enter
(daily, weekly, etc...). |
|
 |
Task Recurrence dialog box. Set
how often you need to view the same task. Is it one time only,
or is it on a regular basis? For regular tasks, you need to
enter it only once and set up the reoccurrence. |
|
 |
Task Status - Select the status from
this predefined list. Once you select "completed" it will show
as crossed off your list. |

View the whole Task screen. The
bottom portion has plenty of space for any type of notes. I
drag emails here, add URLs for easy access, and more. |
