This is a full screen look at the worksheet you will print (named Grocery List)  This worksheet page is what you will print out.  Just print this page, and attach it to the refrigerator, or wherever you keep your grocery list.  You and your family members can check off the items as they are needed.  There are also blanks in categories to write in new items too.  This worksheet has been protected, so you cannot accidentally delete the formulas.

This screen shot shows a portion of the second worksheet (named Data).  You will make any changes to your list on this worksheet.  The green row at the top is for the categories.  You can change the categories if you like, just type your category in the box.  For each category, there are a number of rows.  You can enter items for each category into the yellow rows.  As you have noticed, some have more than others.  If you leave a yellow cell blank, as some shown here, it will appear on the Grocery List worksheet as a blank with a line, so you can add in an item.  What could be easier?

This is a macro button.  A macro allows you do to multiple steps with one click.  This macro will sort each of the category columns on your Data sheet.  This way, you can personalize the Data sheet to your shopping preferences, and then click the macro button to sort it alphabetically.  You must enable your macros, click here to find out how.

Remember, any changes you make on the Data worksheet will appear on the Grocery List worksheet.  The Categories on the data worksheet are highlighted in GREEN and appear in BLUE text on the Grocery List worksheet.
